COR offers services on a sliding fee scale.

COR is currently an in network provider with the following insurance companies:

Commercial Plans:

Medicaid Plans:

Not seeing your plan listed above?

COR can provide you with a Superbill to be submitted to your insurance company for possible
reimbursement.

COR also has interns that provide services at little to no cost.

Payment:

COR accepts all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session- please contact your therapist at least 24 hours beforehand.
