Natalia Miegoc, M.S.W, L.M.S.W is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Natalia has extensive training and experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has served in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, panic attacks, difficulties at
school, problems with adjustment or stress, parenting problems, and trauma.
I believe in being adaptive to the needs of my clients and strive to make therapy strength-based and client-centered. I provide a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental space for clients to share their stories and to feel heard and understood. I work closely with my clients to ensure they are an integral part of their therapeutic success and that they feel empowered when working on their specific goals and objectives. I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Play and Art
Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Stress Management, Family Centered Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Training, and Crisis Intervention. My goal is to help you gain the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and to feel safe, whole, and empowered.
