Counseling is a journey of self-discovery and change. I am a guide on this journey to help you explore, achieve, and maintain change in your life. I focus on the whole person and use mindfulness, spirituality, and expressive arts to create wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe the practice of meditation and artistic expression, such as music and drawing, can help individuals cope with life challenges. I cherish the unique experiences and strengths of people and adapt my treatment to the unique needs of the individual. I believe we are unique parts in a global ensemble. We all have parts to play.
