(She/Her)
What I do...

I am trained in the following: Gottman Method Level 1 & 2, EFT Level 1, EFiT Level 1, and IFS Level 1. I have experience working with the following concerns: ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Mood Disorders, College Transitions, Coping Skills, Depression, Life Transitions, Premarital Services, Relationship/Marital Challenges, School Matters, Self-Esteem, and Stress.
What to expect
I strive to make a comfortable, safe, and relaxing space where my clients can unpack past or current traumas, work through anxious situations, lift the fog around them, or just have an unbiased place to unload thoughts. My therapy space is open to all adults including but not limited to populations such as LGBQTGnc+, open relationships/polyamory, kink/BDSM, and neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD/IDD). I provide telehealth services to individuals and couples residing in the state of Michigan through Zoom. I do not see clients in person at this time. I am able to accommodate appointments Monday/Tuesday from 1 pm to 5 pm and Thursday/Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. I have some limited evening appointment times on Tuesday and Thursday.
My education and license
I obtained my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and took additional coursework to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I also maintain my National Certified Counselor (NCC) board certification.
