I believe every person has something important to offer

Here to help you unpack, process and find clarity

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary approach, I aim to help you develop a self-led relationship with all of your parts. In our work together, we will explore what is underneath the surface. This could be the parts of you that are managing internal conflicts or the parts carrying emotional burdens from past experiences. Together, we will work to develop practical coping skills, understand the impact of the external world, and help access your own inner wisdom.

Making a space grounded in acceptance and curiosity

I strive to create a comfortable, safe space where you can unpack traumas or simply have an unbiased place to process your thoughts and experiences. I offer appointments in a virtual setting for folks throughout Michigan. My therapy space takes special consideration for those who identify with: neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, sex positive/kink/BDSM, non-traditional relationship structures, BIPOC, and alternative substance exploration.
