Becca has spent over a decade helping people work toward realizing their best selves. She received a Master in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. She has previous experience providing services centered around homelessness, addiction, crisis response, and college based counseling.
I specialize in helping people cope with their unique challenges. I offer a LGBTQIA safe space and specialize in teens 16+, young adults, adults and adults of advanced age. If you are going through something difficult we can work toward lowering your distress.
I work with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, addiction, sex/porn addiction, grief and loss, ADHD, obsessive compulsive behaviors, personality disorders, major life transitions, and many other mental health concerns. My approach includes person centered, trauma informed, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I believe that our life is a journey and I am honored to walk beside you for part of yours. I provide empathetic, judgement free services, and offer helpful perspectives for you to consider. My goal is to offer you hope and empowerment as you seek to live the life you envision for yourself.
