Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LLMSW
Life is complicated—and so are we. Whether you’re a teen figuring out who you are, a young adult navigating independence, a parent unsure how to support your child, or an adult carrying stress, grief, or uncertainty, I’m here to help.
With over 25 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families through complex transitions, big emotions, and real-life challenges, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore what’s going on in your life and build meaningful strategies for healing and growth. My approach is grounded in connection, collaboration, and the belief that healing doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
I work with teens and young adults navigating identity, anxiety, fear, anger, trauma, and relationship stress; adults facing life transitions, family or community estrangement, burnout, or a sense of disconnection; and parents and caregivers who want to better understand and support their adolescent. I also support professionals and executives in high-stress roles—including those in healthcare and mental health—who are carrying the emotional toll of caregiving.
My style is strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, healing-centered, and rooted in harm reduction, honesty, and respect. I offer inclusive and affirming care—especially for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, TGNC, and neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD or learning differences. I welcome people whose lives don’t fit into conventional boxes, and I hold space for those who use alcohol or other substances—whether or not treatment is your goal—to explore your experience with openness and care.
Working with me can be deep and reflective, but also filled with lightness and laughter. I believe healing and transformation make space for joy, curiosity, and full authenticity. Whether you’re seeking clarity, relief, or simply someone who will really listen and care, I’m here, and honored to be a choice for you. If you’re considering therapy for the first time, I offer a welcoming and low-pressure space to begin—no need to have it all figured out.
